BEFORE COMING IN FOR ANY SUGARING APPOINTMENT *THE HAIR BEING REMOVED NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 1/2 INCHES LONG (ABOUT THE LENGTH OF A GRAIN OF RICE) OR CLOSE TO IT. *EXFOLIATE 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR VISIT (ROTATING MOVEMENT AROUND IN A CIRCULAR MOTION-UP AND DOWN- & SIDE TO SIDE WITH YOUR EXFOLIANT. 

**DO NOT WEAR ANY LOTIONS-OILS-OR DEODORANTS TO YOUR VISIT.**

** SHOULD YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO MESS WITH AN INGROWN ** PLEASE SOAK IN THE TUB- ALLOW THE SKIN TO BECOME SOFT- THEN SIT ON THE SIDE OF THE TUB- OR STAND AND USE YOUR EXFOLIANT (CIRCULAR MOTIONS-UP & DOWN- SIDE TO SIDE) THIS WILL GIVE YOU A BETTER CHANCE AT GETTING THE INGROWN- AS WELL AS PREVENT ANY SCARING OR OPEN WOUNDS- **IF IT WILL NOT COME OUT- ** DON'T FORCE IT-**

** TANNING APPOINTMENTS**  BARE SKIN STUDIOS USES A RAPID TANNER, MEANING EVERY HOUR THE SOLUTION GETS DARKER (1 HR-LIGHT * 2HR MEDIUM- * 3 HR DARK- * ANYTHING AFTER 3 HOURS IS ULTRA DARK
* DO NOT LET ANY SMALL ANIMALS CLOSE TO YOUR LEGS UNTIL YOU HAVE DECIDED TO WASH OFF THE SOLUTION (THEIR NOSES WILL CREATE MARKS ON YOUR SKIN FROM THEIR WET NOSES AND OR 
TONGUES- SAME IS FOR SMALL CHILDREN)
** DO NOT EXFOLIATE UNTIL YOU ARE WANTING TO SCRUB THE TAN OFF (EXFOLIATING WILL CAUSE THE COLOR TO FADE OFF OF THE SKIN) ** LOTION-LOTION-LOTION. ** KEEP THE SKIN MOISTURIZED TO EXTEND THE TAN LONGER.

** WHEN YOU ARE AT THE END OF YOUR TANNING CYCLE & ARE DUE TO COME IN FOR ANOTHER SPRAY TAN **EXFOLIATE OVER THE ENTIRE BODY PRIOR TO COMING IN (THIS ALLOWS THE SKIN TO BE FREE AND CLEAR OF ANY OLD SOLUTION AS WELL AS PREPS THE SKIN TO HOLD COLOR BETTER FOR YOUR NEXT SESSION.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & AGREEMENTS. UPON PURCHASE OF ANY MEMBERSHIP THERE IS A ONE TIME NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE THAT IS COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF YOUR NEXT VISIT, AFTER PURCASING YOUR MEMBERSHIP. MEMBERS CAN CANCEL PLAN AT ANY TIME WITH NO COST TO THEM. HOWEVER MEMBERSHIPS THAT ARE CANCELED MUST SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE MEMBERSHIP DRAFT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE STUDIO OF EARLY CANCELLATION WOULD RESULT IN A CREDIT FOR THAT MONTH, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE FROZEN FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS, 2 TIMES PER YEAR. HOWEVER THE MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY UNFREEZE AFTER THE LAST MONTH (3RD MONTH) THE MEMBERSHIP WILL UNFREEZE AND DRAFT THE ACCOUNT FOR 1 MONTH AND CONTINUE BACK TO A SCHEDULED MONTHLY DRAFT. CLIENT MAY CALL AND REQUEST ANOTHER FREEZE FOR 3 MONTHS HOWEVER THE MONTH IN BETWEEN THE 2 FREEZES MUST BE PAID. CLIENT WILL HAVE THAT MONTH(ONLY) TO COME IN FOR MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES . SHOULD THE CLIENT NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT, THE CLIENT CAN EMAIL OR CALL TO REQUEST TO MOVE THE CREDITED MONTH TO ANOTHER MONTH.

CANCELLATION POLICY CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO CALL EMAIL OR TEXT THE STUDIO 12 HOURS PRIOR TO CANCELLING OR RESCHDULING THEIR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENTS ACCOUNT BEING CHARGED HALF OF THE ORIGINAL SERIVE PRICE (INCLUDING MEMBERS). EXCEPTIONS ARE CONSIDERED DUE TO WORK, FAMILY EMERGENCY, SICK. JUST AS YOU COME INTO THE STUDIO FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND TRUST THAT WE WILL BE THERE, WE TRUST THAT WHEN CLIENTS BOOK APPOINTMENTS TAKING UP AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT SLOTS THAT YOU WILL BE AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO CANCEL AND OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS REULTS IN THE STUDIO LOSING TIME AND MONEY FOR THAT SCHEDULED BUSINESS DAY. BARE SKIN STUDIOS HOLDS OUR CLIENTS AT A HIGHER STANDARD THAN MOST BUSINESSES. WE GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO MAKE SURE YOUR VISIT WITH US MEETS EVERY EXPECTATION THAT OUR CLIENTS ASK. WE EVEN MAKE REQUESTED SPECIAL REQUEST TO MEET CLIENTS AT THE STUDIO-WHEN WE ARE SCHEDULED TO BE CLOSED. THAT WAY WITHOUT QUESTION YOU FEEL JUST HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE TO US. AND WE EXPECT THE SAME IN RETURN WHEN IT COMES TO OUR CLIENTS RESPONSIBLITIES IN KEEPING UP WITH THEIR APPOINTMENTS.
